We confirm an ETA and text the driver. You can move on to your next job. The driver gets a live tracking link by text so they know exactly when we're showing up.

We drain, refuel, send the driver on their way. Most jobs are 45 minutes from arrival. Customer pays us direct. If you're on a fleet account, we bill you at trade rate and you mark up.
